Matt Phillips

Matt Phillips is a Senior Project Manager currently at CIMA+ and has been involved in various roles within the water and wastewater sector. They previously served as Engineering Manager at C3 Water Inc., focusing on operational solutions for water and wastewater systems. Their extensive experience includes positions such as Supervisor of Water Supply Operations and Manager of Wastewater Operations at the City of Guelph, where they contributed to providing safe drinking water and treating wastewater. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Systems and Computing from the University of Guelph and a Diploma in Public Administration with distinction from The University of Western Ontario. Additionally, they work as a Training Specialist for Walkerton Clean Water Centre, providing training across Ontario.
