Mylene Rivard

Mylene Rivard, CRHA, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Directrice, Formation et développement organisationnel at CIMA+ since May 2011, following roles as a Gestionnaire principale in both training and development as well as human resources. Previously, Mylene held positions at Seneca experts-conseils as a Conseillère in human resources and at Randstad Canada as a Conseillère principale. Additional prior experience includes roles at Avestor, Memotec, and Ubi Soft, all focused on human resources. Mylene Rivard holds a degree from Université de Montréal, completed between 1994 and 1998.
