Nicholas Bertrand is a biologist and associate director at CIMA+, where they lead the Environment and Earth Sciences department in Gatineau. Since joining CIMA+ in 2011, Nicholas has focused on ecological studies, including federal and provincial environmental assessments and contaminated site projects, and has acted as a project manager since 2015. They gained research experience as an assistant at Université de Sherbrooke, participating in a project analyzing the impact of agricultural landscape structures on insectivorous bird communities. Nicholas obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Université de Sherbrooke in 2009.
