They have been involved in major investment projects in mining and metallurgy, focusing on gold and steel processes. In their current role as a Technicien spécialiste principal at CIMA+, they continue to collaborate with industry stakeholders to improve equipment reliability and worker safety while reducing maintenance costs. Previously, Serge held positions as a mechanical designer and technician, contributing to several significant projects and innovations in design and automation.
