Steeve Fiset has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Steeve started their career at BBA in 1993, where they held various roles including Project Leader and Project Engineer. Steeve later rose to the positions of President & COO, President & CEO, and finally a Member of the Board of Directors. In 2014, Fiset joined Cegertec WorleyParsons as Vice President Select. After that, they served as Vice President, Minerals & Metals, Americas at Advisian from 2015 to 2017. Since 2017, they have been associated with CIMA+, initially as Senior Vice President, Industrial, and currently as the Chief Strategy Officer. In their current role, Fiset is responsible for leading the Industrial Sector in Canada and defining the business strategy for the company.

Steeve Fiset has a diverse educational background in the field of business and engineering. Steeve began their education at Université Laval, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from 1989 to 1993. Following this, they attended Polytechnique Montréal for part-time M. Eng. courses in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 1993 to 1994.

In 2007, Steeve Fiset attended Harvard Business School for an Exed program focused on Leading Professional Service Firms. This program provided him with specialized knowledge and skills in this area.

Later, Steeve pursued their postgraduate studies at two prestigious institutions. From 2014 to 2016, they studied at the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, completing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) program as a part of the Omnium 11 class. Simultaneously, they attended the University of St.Gallen, where they earned a Global Executive Master of Business Administration (GEMBA) degree as a part of the same class.

Throughout their educational journey, Steeve Fiset has developed a strong foundation in both engineering and business, equipping him with a diverse set of skills and knowledge.
