Steeve L'Heureux

Steeve L'Heureux, ing., P.Eng., is the Executive Vice President for the Energy sector at CIMA+, where they lead a team of over 300 professionals and oversee strategic development across Canada since joining the company in 2012. Specialized in renewable energies, L'Heureux has achieved significant projects, including more than 1000 MW from hydroelectric, solar, wind, and thermal stations. They possess extensive experience in team management, feasibility studies, detailed engineering, project management, and commissioning. Prior to CIMA+, L'Heureux was involved in various leadership roles, including ownership of IDA Énergie and work as an electrical engineer at Breton Banville & Associés. L'Heureux pursued a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a specialization in power from the Université de Montréal - École polytechnique de Montréal, which they have attended since 1998.
