Stéphane Lamoureux, ASA, AICA, is an experienced Actuarial Consultant currently serving as the Principal Manager of Global Compensation at CIMA+ since 2025. Previously, Stéphane held various roles in global compensation and actuarial analysis, including Director of Global Compensation at Groupe Robert and Advisor at Les Services Actuariels SAI. With a background in administration and data analysis, Stéphane has developed expertise in optimizing employee experiences and automating processes. Stéphane earned a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science from Université Laval and an associate degree in Natural Sciences from Cegep de Sorel-Tracy.
