Toufik Boukhalfa

Toufik Boukhalfa, CPI, M.ing, has a diverse background in project management and civil engineering. Experience includes serving as a Chargé de projet at Société québécoise des infrastructures and as an Assistant chargé de projet at Leaf Consultants, where responsibilities involved site supervision and quality assurance for construction projects. Previously, as an Ingénieur d’état at Établissement Centrale de Construction, oversight of military project sites was conducted, alongside infrastructure project management. Education comprises a current pursuit of a Master's in Construction Management from École de technologie supérieure, complemented by a Master 2 in Metallic and Mixed Construction and a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering from Université de Batna 2. Current position is a Junior Professional (CPI) at CIMA+ since August 2023.
