Tuan Truong

Tuan Truong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business strategy and development across various sectors, particularly in engineering and mining. Currently serving as the Director of Business Strategy at CIMA+ since November 2023, Tuan also contributes as a Board Member for CIM Vancouver and as a Leadership Coach and Facilitator at Bluepepper Strategies. Former roles include Director of Business Development at Sacré-Davey Engineering, where Tuan supported the growth of the hydrogen division, and Director of Project Development at Clark Builders, responsible for securing significant construction projects. Tuan's earlier career includes management positions in sales, marketing, and business development at notable companies such as Ebco Industries Ltd. and Otis Elevator Company. Tuan holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Commerce from The University of British Columbia, as well as certificates in Organizational Coaching and Facilitation.
