Mellington Mutavi

Mellington Mutavi is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at Cimas Medical Aid Society since March 2019, with previous experience as a Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this role, Mellington held the position of Human Resources Officer at Premier Services Medical Investments, where responsibilities included implementing HR plans, managing talent development initiatives, and overseeing employee performance evaluations. Mellington began the career as a Human Resources Graduate Trainee at First Mutual Holdings and has held various roles, including Senior Human Resources Officer at Mbada Diamonds Pvt Ltd and Human Resources Intern at Intermarket Building Society.
