Maaret Kulo

Maaret Kulo has extensive work experience in the field of human resources and leadership development. Maaret is currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Human Resources at Cimcorp Group, where they are responsible for overseeing human resources globally. Prior to this role, Maaret worked as a Senior Advisor at Azets Insight Oy, where they led organization, culture, and leadership development projects. Maaret also worked as a Business Coach at Balentor and as the Director of Leadership Development at JP Cornerstone Finland. Maaret has a strong background in consulting and has held roles as a Senior Consultant and Certified Business Coach at both MPS Prewise Oy and MPS Finland Consulting Oy. Maaret has also worked in various HR positions at Finnforest Oyj and United Biscuits Ltd, where they gained experience in HR development, project management, and recruitment. Maaret has a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering leadership and organizational development processes and implementing talent management strategies.

Maaret Kulo holds a Master of Science in Economics with a specialization in Human Resources, which they obtained from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu from 1990 to 1996. Additionally, they completed their Matriculation Examination at Etelä-Kaarelan lukio from 1986 to 1989. In 2012, they obtained a certification as a Certified Business Coach from the Business Coaching Center.
