Ankit Kumar

Ankit Kumar is a Senior Research Fellow at Punjab Agricultural University, specializing in the improvement of end-use quality in wheat through Marker Assisted Back Cross Breeding. They also serve as a Research Fellow at CIMMYT, contributing to various international wheat research projects involving genomic selection and hybrid trails. Ankit holds a Research Fellow degree in Wheat Breeding, Physiology, and Genetics from the Borlaug Institute for South Asia, alongside an M.Sc. in Genetics and Plant Breeding from Lovely Professional University.
