Joel Cossa

Joel Cossa is an Agribusiness and Value Chains Development Specialist with extensive experience in business development and project management. They served as a Business Development Officer at ICRISAT from 2005 to 2021, where they designed sustainability models for seed production. As a Programs Director at the Joaquim Chissano Foundation from 2015 to 2019, they managed programs aligned with the foundation's strategic plan. Currently, Joel works as a Senior Project Director at the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT) and continues to be an Agribusiness Specialist at Agrourimi e Serviços EI. They hold a Diploma in Science of Education in Agriculture from Chibero College and a Postgraduate Diploma in Food Industry Management and Marketing from Imperial College London.
