Tadele Asfaw

Tadele Asfaw, MBA, CM, CIPM, IFRS, is a Program and Administrative Manager at the International Maize and Wheat Improvement Center (CIMMYT) in East Africa, a position they have held since November 2015. With over a decade of experience in operations management, financial oversight, and project leadership in the international development sector, Tadele has demonstrated exceptional skills in financial management and team leadership. Previously, Tadele served in key roles at organizations like the Netherlands Development Organizations (SNV) and SOS Sahel Ethiopia, where they contributed significantly to financial policy development and operational efficiency. Tadele holds an MBA from the International Institute of Church Management and a BSc in Accounting from Bahir Dar University.
