Rick Garcia

Rick Garcia is the National Director of Forensics at Cimplifi, where they lead initiatives in computer forensics and e-discovery services. With a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Houston, they have previously served as an IT Project Manager at Hewlett-Packard, a Consultant in Computer Forensics at Ricoh Americas Corporation, and a Principal at Pathway Forensics. Their extensive experience also includes consulting on litigation support for ConocoPhillips. Rick has a proven track record as a testifying expert at federal, state, and international levels.
