Andrea Moral, PHR, currently serves as a Senior HR Business Partner at Cimpress, supporting leadership in implementing HR policies and initiatives to foster a high-performing culture within the Technology organization. With a strong background in HR, Andrea has led initiatives in areas such as departmental development, employee relations, and talent management across multiple global locations. Prior experience includes roles as an HR Advisor and Intern at Cimpress, where recruitment and HR support were key responsibilities. Additional experiences include tutoring at Bentley University and interning at various organizations, contributing to recruitment and internal communication projects. Andrea holds a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from Bentley University and an IB Diploma from Colegio Internacional Sek Ecuador.
