Phil Watson

Phil Watson currently serves as the Global SHE Director at Cimpress since October 2016, bringing extensive experience in safety, health, and environmental management to the role. Prior to this, Phil held various positions at Henkel from April 2010 to September 2016, including Global SHE Manager and Plant Manager. Phil's career began at National Starch and Chemical, where from March 1997 to September 2010, Phil worked as Plant Manager and Manufacturing Manager, further developing expertise in operations and management within the chemical industry.
