Vinay Venugopal

Vinay Venugopal is a seasoned Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Specialist currently at Cimpress since October 2023, bringing extensive experience from Capgemini, where Vinay served as Diversity and Inclusion Manager from June 2006 to November 2023. In this role, Vinay championed numerous initiatives including women sponsorship programs, D&I KPIs tracking, and unconscious bias training. Vinay's background also encompasses program management in health, safety, and employee engagement, focusing on wellness projects, mental well-being initiatives, and inclusive practices for diverse employee groups. Notably, Vinay holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Event Management and degrees in Engineering from the University of Mumbai, as well as a project degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
