Niels Roest

Niels Roest is an experienced Business Architect with a diverse background in designing and implementing business transformations and solutions. Currently employed at CIMSOLUTIONS, Niels creates blueprints for transitions that align with business changes, emphasizing stakeholder engagement and process adaptation. Previous roles include significant positions at CAK as both a Business Architect and Solution Architect, and various consultative roles at Le Blanc Advies, ProRail, and bol.com, where Niels focused on aligning IT support with business needs, conducting analyses, and stakeholder management.
