Manos Kapterian

Manos Kapterian, FCMI, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford since May 2022, while also holding the position of Non Executive Director and Chair of the Membership Committee at the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity since May 2018. At CIMSPA, Kapterian contributes to the professional development of the UK's sport and physical activity sector. Prior to these roles, Kapterian worked at Pearson from November 2001 to March 2022, serving in various senior leadership positions, including COO/SVP Operations for International Markets. Earlier experience includes a role as Head of Learning Development at TUI from July 1997 to November 2001. Kapterian holds an MBA from the University of Westminster and an MSc in Digital and Technology Solutions from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
