Ritchie Brett is a Digital Strategy Director with over 14 years of experience in digital strategy, product design, and innovation consulting. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Transformation & Innovation at CIMSPA, Ritchie leads the strategy and design faculties at Freestyle, focusing on elegantly simple solutions to complex challenges in various sectors, including healthcare and finance. Ritchie's previous roles include Senior Communications Manager at Central Midlands Commissioning Support Unit and Head of Digital at Essence Design Limited, where Ritchie managed clients across the private, public, and third sectors. Ritchie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Product Design from the University of Central England.
