Tom Downing is a seasoned technologist and founder who has led various innovative projects and teams across the digital landscape. They served as Strategy Director and Technical Director at Freestyle from 2019 to 2021, where they shaped technological strategies and mentored engineering teams. Currently, Tom is the Technology Lead for the National Workforce Registration Scheme at CIMSPA, a Co-Founder and CTO of Roster, and the Council Co-Chair for Web3 at BIMA, focusing on making Blockchain accessible. They also founded Kolada Works, providing hands-on CTO support and strategic development. Tom holds a degree in Multimedia Arts from Liverpool John Moores University, earned in 2005.
