João Machado is currently the Corporate Technical Director at Tintas CIN, where they have held various roles since 2008, including Decorative & Industrial Coatings Technical Director and Industrial Coatings R&D and Technical Assistance Manager. They served as a Technical Council Member for ARCP from 2010 to 2022 and were the Technical Committee Chairman at Nova Paint Club from 2013 to 2019. Additionally, they have been involved with several other organizations and committees related to coatings and surface treatments. João holds a Licentiate degree in Chemical Engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto and a postgraduate degree in New Technologies for Surface Treatments and Coatings from INETI/IMP.
