José Elias

José Elias has a diverse work experience that spans several decades. José is currently working as the Digital Innovation Corporate Director at Tintas CIN since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Certified Client Partner Executive at Kyndryl from September to December 2021.

Before joining Kyndryl, José had a long career at IBM Portugal. José held various positions at IBM, such as Certified Client Partner Executive, Client Partner Executive, Project Executive, HR Engagement Manager, Certified Senior Consultant, and System Engineer. José'stenure at IBM lasted from 1992 to 2021.

José also has experience in the education sector. José worked as a Master Degree Class' Teacher at Universidade Católica Portuguesa from September 2004 to March 2009. Additionally, they worked as a Maths Teacher at Escola Secundária Alexandre Herculano from October 1991 to February 1992.

José Elias graduated from Universidade do Porto in 2001, with a degree in Applied Mathematics to Computer Science. In the same year, they pursued advanced studies in HR Strategic Management at Universidade Católica Portuguesa. Prior to that, José graduated from Universidade do Porto in 1991, majoring in Applied Mathematics. In terms of certifications, José has obtained various certifications, including "10 Mistakes Leaders Should Avoid" from LinkedIn in 2022, "Certified Project Executive," "IBM Consulting Profession Certification - Expert," and "Associate Project Manager" from IBM in 2020, as well as a certification in "Consulting" from IBM in 2002.
