Sofia Couto is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning over 17 years in various roles within the human resources field. Currently serving as HR Manager at Tintas CIN since May 2021, Sofia oversees Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Fleet & Office Management. Prior experience includes serving as HR Business Partner at Parfois and HR Manager at BIAL, in addition to HR Business Partner roles at Unicer and FNAC Portugal.
