They founded Thinkspace and led various teams, most notably mentoring UX designers at EROAD and fostering innovation at companies like Infinity and Vodafone. Karo has consulted for multiple organizations, enhancing user experiences and developing comprehensive design systems for notable clients such as Westpac and TSB New Zealand. Currently, Karo is a Digital Consultant and Business Mentor with New Zealand Trade and Enterprise and is leading the AI & Product initiatives at NZWE. Karo holds a Bachelor of Design with Honours from Wanganui School of Design.
