Fernando Vera

Fernando Vera has extensive work experience in the technology and consulting industries. Fernando is currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of CINCEL, a platform that enables businesses to manage and store legal agreements in a secure and efficient manner. Fernando is also an Investor and Board Member at UFUL.

Previously, Fernando co-founded and advised Lumit Blockchain & Network Technologies, a consulting and development firm specializing in blockchain technologies. Fernando also served as the CEO and Co-Founder of the company. Additionally, they worked as an Entrepreneur in Residence at MassChallenge Mexico, where they provided support to startups.

Fernando is a Co-Founder of Academia21, a platform that offers education and talent development for the global blockchain ecosystem. Fernando was also a Business Development Specialist for LATAM at CYIOT Technologies, where they helped establish tech ecosystems in the region.

Furthermore, Fernando has experience as a Mentor at Venture Dojo Private Ltd and as a Project Manager and Coordinator at the Technology Transfer Office of OTT Universidad Politecnica de Puebla. In the latter role, they played a key role in various research projects and collaborations.

Fernando has also founded ShareIN, a company focused on alternative tourism experiences, and Puebla Mistica, an organization promoting travel and tourism in Puebla. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in blockchain technologies, business development, project management, and entrepreneurship.

Fernando Vera's education history begins with obtaining a Technician's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Puebla in 2012. In 2013, they pursued an Engineer's degree in Financial Engineering from the same institution and completed it in 2017. In 2016, Fernando attended the Entrepreneurship Program at San Francisco State University. Later in 2019, they participated in the Berkeley Blockchain Xcelerator program at the University of California, Berkeley.

In addition to their formal education, Fernando Vera obtained certification in Entrepreneurship Program (TrepCamp San Francisco) from TrepCamp in July 2016 and certification in Sales and Negotiation techniques from EXPRESIÓN S.XXI in July 2012.
