Katy Hill

Katy Hill is an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager currently overseeing recruitment efforts at both cinch and BCA UK, part of Constellation Automotive Group, leading teams that collaborate across various departments including Tech, Finance, and Marketing for UK sites. In addition to their managerial roles, Katy is the founder of NG Talent Collective, a networking group for internal talent acquisition professionals in the Nottingham/East Midlands area. Prior to their current positions, Katy held significant roles at SF Recruitment and Ambitions Personnel, specializing in HR and commercial recruitment. Katy holds a BA Honors degree in Sport Psychology from Nottingham Trent University.
