Penny Taylor

Penny Taylor is an experienced customer relations professional currently serving as the Customer Relations Team Leader at cinch since June 2021, after advancing from the position of Customer Relations Senior Executive. Prior experience includes roles as a First Customer Contact Executive at Alphabet GB, Resourcing Administrator at Partnership Services, and Customer Service Executive at Waitrose, among others. Penny also has a diverse background in entertainment management, having worked as an Entertainments Manager at Brittany Ferries and as a Sales Manager at Dolphinaris in Cozumel, Mexico. Penny holds a BA Hons degree in Marketing from the University of Bedfordshire, completed in 1996.
