Tim Warning

Tim Warning is the President & Chief Executive Officer of Cincinnati Incorporated, a position they have held since 2020. They previously served as President at OPW Fluid Transfer Group (2008–2013) and at OPW Engineered Systems (2001–2008); they also held roles as President of Tipper Tie Co. (2013–2016) and Chief Operating Officer of The Armor Group (2018). Earlier in their career, they held various positions at Occidental Chemical Corporation (1979–2000). They earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business Administration from Westminster College (MO) in 1979.
