Donald Spring has over a decade of experience in leadership roles within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Fabrication Lead at Cincinnati Sub-Zero since February 2013, Donald has demonstrated expertise in overseeing fabrication processes. Prior to this role, Donald worked as a Shift Coordinator at BAE Systems from November 2004 to January 2013, where responsibilities included managing shift operations and ensuring production efficiency.
