Ken Barrett

Ken Barrett is the Head of Client Strategies and Institutional Relations at Cinctive Capital Management. Most recently, Ken founded Silver Tiger Partners, a capital advisory, consulting and placement business. Prior to this, he was a Senior Managing Director at The Strand Partners, where he focused on investments, mezzanine finance and capital-raising opportunities. Before joining The Strand Partners, Ken built and led the Bank of Nova Scotia’s U.S. Rates and Fixed Income business. Prior to Scotiabank, Ken was a Managing Director, Head of Capital Markets and Development with Onex Real Estate Partners, where he led fundraising efforts with sovereign wealth funds, pensions and endowments. Preceding his time at Onex, Ken had a 12-year career at Morgan Stanley, where he was a Senior Managing Director and advised the firm's top clients across a variety of asset classes. Prior to Morgan Stanley, he held various sales and trading positions at Paine Webber, Goldman Sachs, and Bank of America after starting his career as a banker at J.P. Morgan. Ken graduated from Princeton University with a B.A. in Psychology.
