Kenneth Morand

Executive-in-Residence at CincyTech

Kenneth Morand is an executive-in-residence at CincyTech, who brings more than 25 years of R&D management and new business creation in the life sciences & technology commercialization. Prior to CincyTech, Kenny held various leadership roles with The Procter & Gamble Company and Procter & Gamble Pharmaceuticals. He has extensive experience in biotechnology and drug development, strategic planning and business development, healthcare new business creation, and health/consumer IoT technology development.

Kenny is active in the regional life science and technology community providing commercialization and technical mentoring as a member of the NIH Centers for Accelerated Innovations at the Cleveland Clinic, Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Commercialization Review Committee, University of Cincinnati Technology Accelerator Commercialization Committee, and the Ohio iCorp program sponsored by the NSF.

Kenny completed his undergraduate degree in Chemistry at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, his doctorate at Purdue University, and Visiting Scholar Scientist at the European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) in Heidelberg.
