Eric Scharf is a partner at Sfera Legal and serves as President of CINDE (Agencia de Promoción de Inversión de Costa Rica). They are a co-founding partner at Local Keeps. They have been an attorney and founding partner at Sfera Legal since 2012. They previously served on the board of PROCOMER from 2010 to 2014 and have been the comptroller of the board of directors of COALICION COSTARRICENSE DE INICIATIVAS DE DESARROLLO (CINDE) since 2015. They earned a Licentiate degree in Law from Universidad de Costa Rica (1988-1994) and an LL.M. from Columbia University (1998-1999).
