Lucia Stacey

Lucia Stacey has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Lucia began their career as an Administrative Intern at Jacob's Ladder Neurodevelopmental School in 2010 before taking on roles such as Writing Center Tutor at Davidson College and Autism Awareness Benefit Chair at The Buddy System. In 2011, they worked as an Editorial Intern at Huntersville Herald and as an Editorial/Marketing Intern at SAND Literary Magazine.

In 2013, Lucia joined SIGA Technologies as a Strategic Communications & Compliance Specialist and also served as the Office Manager. Lucia then transitioned to Hinge in 2014 and held multiple positions including User Support Specialist, UX Researcher, Director of Project Management, VP of Operations, and finally Chief Community Officer. In these roles, they contributed to the rebuilding of a mainstream dating app, designed and managed project management frameworks, established moderation and policy programs, and led product development for spam and fraud detection.

Most recently, Lucia joined Cinder in 2023 as the Head of Trust & Safety Solutions.

Lucia Stacey attended Atlanta International School from 1995 to 2009. Lucia then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English Language and Literature at Davidson College from 2009 to 2013. In 2011, they also briefly attended Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, although no specific degree or field of study is provided for this period.
