This was followed by a two-year Master's degree program in the same field of study at the same university, from 2006 to 2008. Dmitrii further continued their education at Gubkin Russian State University and obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from 2008 to 2011.
