Alberto Cappai

Alberto Cappai is an experienced IT professional currently serving as Team Leader in the Middleware Area at CINECA since May 2023, overseeing service continuity and incident management while conducting KPI analysis. Previously, Alberto worked as a Project Manager and Bug Manager at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP from February 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities included team administration, backlog prioritization, and the development of the Bug Diagnostic 2 project. Alberto also held the position of L2 Support Engineer and Team Leader, focusing on bug analysis and team coordination. Prior to this, Alberto was a Full-stack Developer at 3WPS Srl from January 2016 to February 2019, contributing to software development projects. Alberto holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, earned between January 2013 and December 2015.
