Chris Doulos

Chris Doulos is a seasoned real estate executive with extensive experience in the retail and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Real Estate, Design and Construction at Cineplex since May 2012, Chris oversees the North American Real Estate Portfolio and is responsible for executing the Real Estate Development Strategy across various Cineplex-owned brands. Previously, Chris held the position of Executive Director of Real Estate at Boston Pizza, managing franchise and growth opportunities in Ontario and Atlantic Canada. Earlier roles included Director of Real Estate & Development, Third Party Analyst at ROGERS CANTEL INC, and Project & Contract Manager at Victory Estates. Chris holds a BA in Urban and Regional Planning from Toronto Metropolitan University.
