Mark Stepanek

Mark Stepanek is an experienced visual effects professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Lighting Supervisor at Cinesite since December 2013, Mark has held multiple roles within the company, including Head of Lighting and Lighting Lead. Previous experience includes positions as Senior Lighter and Senior Lighting TD at Vine FX and as Lighting Technical Director at Cinesite. Mark began as a 3D Generalist and Lighter at Cinesite, building a strong foundation in 3D artistry at various companies such as Topix VFX, Trace Pictures, Mr. X Inc., and Command Post/Toybox. Mark holds a background in architecture from the University of Toronto's ITDC program.
