Tom Baker is a seasoned professional in project management and CG production, currently serving as the CG Department Manager at Cinesite since May 2022, where responsibilities include leading a diverse team across various CG disciplines and coordinating with production teams to optimize project assignments. Prior to this, Tom held roles as Project Manager and Senior Project Manager at Cinesite and Media.Monks, respectively, managing large-scale campaigns for automotive brands and streamlining internal operations. Tom's background includes extensive project management experience across multiple advertising formats at Spark44, Hogarth Worldwide, and Tag Worldwide, along with foundational experience in production at Absolute Publishing Ltd. Tom is also educated in Business Management from Solent University and has a Level 2 qualification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
