Tim Sparrow

Tim Sparrow is a seasoned commercial, category, and operations leader with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality, retail, and FMCG sectors. Currently, Tim serves as the Director of Retail at Cineworld UK&I and holds non-executive advisory roles at eMenu and PubInno. Previously, Tim was the Head of Commercial at Greene King, where they led significant commercial strategies across numerous franchise units. Tim co-founded Pasero, a neighborhood cafe and wine bar, and played a pivotal role in its growth and operations. Tim holds an MBA from Birmingham City University and a BA in Film Theory & Production from the University of East London.
