Ben Hill

Ben Hill currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Regal Cineworld Group, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Ben was EVP and Head of Human Resources for WarnerMedia, overseeing the HR strategy for key content divisions including HBO and Warner Bros. Motion Pictures from May 2019 to January 2024. Ben's extensive HR expertise was further developed during a nine-year tenure at Turner, serving in multiple senior leadership roles, including Senior VP of Talent and Culture and SVP of Human Resources, focusing on comprehensive HR functions, talent management, and diversity initiatives. Earlier career experiences include various HR management positions at CNN and an English Instructor role at Charlotte Country Day School. Ben holds a BA in English from Dartmouth College and has further educational experiences at the University of Glasgow and Université Lumière Lyon 2.
