Leon Foster-Hill

Leon Foster-Hill is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in international HR operations and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as the Director of International HR Operations at Regal Cineworld Group since May 2025, Leon previously held several key positions at Cineworld Cinemas Ltd from February 2012 to May 2025, including Head of HR Operations and Senior Human Resources Business Partner. Prior to this, Leon operated as an independent HR and diversity consultant from August 2010 to February 2012, and held various HR roles at B&Q and Tesco from 1989 to 2010, focusing on employee engagement and personnel management. Leon is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD).
