Rupa P.

Rupa P. has a strong background in talent and performance management, with significant experience in various leadership roles across multiple organizations. At Finastra, Rupa served as the Global Talent and Performance Director from October 2019 to September 2022. Prior roles include Talent Manager at Oliver Wyman and HR Project Consultant at England Rugby in 2012, as well as Talent, Performance and Engagement Manager at EBRD from July 2014 to September 2019. Rupa also held the position of Performance Management Lead at Barclays from July 2012 to July 2014 and is currently the Head of Performance and Talent at Celonis, a role held since September 2022. In November 2025, Rupa will transition to the role of Global Talent & Culture Director at Regal Cineworld Group. Rupa's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London, and a Post-graduate certificate in Talent and Career Management from Middlesex University.
