Sam Sowerby

Sam Sowerby is currently the Vice President of Internal Audit at Regal Cineworld Group, having transitioned from the role of Deputy Group Financial Controller. Sam has a wealth of experience in the finance sector, previously serving as Senior Group Statutory Accountant at Vue International and as a Financial Accountant at Bunge. Sam's earlier career included roles such as Consolidation Accountant at the Department for Culture, Media and Sport and Accountant at BDO in New Zealand, where their foundational skills were developed. Sam holds a Bachelor of Management Studies in Accounting from The University of Waikato and is a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.
