Thomas Rosprim

Thomas Rosprim serves as the Head of Internal Communication at Regal Cineworld Group, building an internal communication infrastructure since August 2025. Previously, Thomas held several roles at DFAS, including Senior Communications Manager, where leadership of a high-performing team resulted in the production of hundreds of strategic communication products and the implementation of 14 actionable projects. Thomas's experience includes developing speeches for senior leadership, coordinating large internal events, and enhancing agency branding and messaging strategies. Additionally, Thomas has taught communication courses at ECPI University and consulted for the Association of the United States Navy. Educational credentials include a Master of Science and a Graduate Certificate in Communication from Purdue University, alongside several certificates from the Defense Information School and a Bachelor's degree from Ohio University.
