Paul Kleinjohn

Paul Kleinjohn is the current Estimating Manager at CINFAB. Paul has been with the company since 2008, starting as a Project Manager. In their time with CINFAB, Paul has specialized in creating and maintaining detailed budgets and analyzing processes and procedures to increase productivity and profits. Paul has increased profits through Subcontractor and Vendor buyouts and management, as well as increased revenue and profits through change order pricing and negotiations. Paul has also delegated responsibilities and mentored Assistant PM's, BIM Leads, and Field Crew. Paul has completed each project on schedule and under budget.

Prior to joining CINFAB, Paul was with another company for 4 years as their BIM Lead Coordinator. In this role, they managed and scheduled the coordination process to ensure the drawings were complete and signed off, and pre-fabricated HVAC materials were delivered on time. Paul also created detailed HVAC piping, and sheet metal drawings using CAD, CADmep, and Navisworks.

Paul Kleinjohn's educational career includes a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Northern Kentucky University and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Civil Engineering Technology from Cincinnati State Technical and Community College.
