Allen Muse

Allen Muse has extensive experience in public safety relations, currently serving as Manager of Public Safety Relations at AT&T Mobility since January 2001, where responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for public safety regarding wireless services and ensuring compliance with 9-1-1 standards. Prior to this role, Allen served as the Emergency Communications Center Manager for the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department from August 1992 to January 2001, overseeing all 9-1-1 and non-emergency dispatch services for a population of 500,000. Allen holds a Master of Science degree in Public Service Management from Cumberland University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
