Chris Dodge has over 30 years of experience at AT&T, serving in various technical and managerial roles since November 1992. Currently, Chris holds the position of Area Manager Tier 2 EMS OSS Triage, overseeing Tier 2 OSS/EMS support engineers across the United States, India, and The Czech Republic. Previously, Chris worked as an OSS Administrator at Cingular/AT&T Mobility, managing OSS/EMS engineers both domestically and internationally. Chris's educational background includes studies at Wentworth Institute of Technology from 1981 to 1983.
