Mark Barger is a seasoned Sr. Quality M&P/Process Manager at Cingular, where they have been responsible for quality management and the implementation of process programs since 1999. Previously, they served as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force and the Association of Colorado State Patrol Professionals, where they managed state troopers and taught accident investigation and courtroom testimony. Mark holds degrees in Theology & Religion and Criminal Justice, and is an ordained minister with an honorary doctorate. They are also recognized for their musical talent as a Native American Style flutist, receiving multiple nominations for prestigious music awards.
